influences
Alien Dreamtime......that's the sound that started my digital
revolution....R.I.P. Terence McKenna. I have been influenced by the creative
thinkers alike around the world. Making sound that becomes color is the goal
........ A digital vibration that strips away the ego and resets reality....
most of the didgeridoos or yidaki I play are made by Djalu. All the music I have
created is out of respect for the aborigine culture who has been mistreated by
their government. Uranium is being mined from there peaceful sacred lands.
Mining companies are destroying peoples homes and lives. The same has happened
here in America. Peabody coal has basically killed the Hopi Indians of Big
Mountain AZ. They have destroyed sacred lands in order to mine coal. The last
indigenous people of the united states are being wiped out. This is happening
all over the world.
performs with
I've worked with some talented artists over the years, and the other members of
Universal Soul Orchestra are just outstanding. Some of my other projects are
solo endeavors and then there are collaborations where various artists sit in
with me.......... The song Gnossiene is a remake of an 1800s French composition
by Satie. That was a collaboration with Martin St. Pierre on the violin and Kate
St. Pierre, vocals. The song "Dubberidoo" is by The Groove Ensemble. I'm always
looking for new and exciting people to work with.
